Annual Sports Event
Value of labour is highly respected at Citrus Pack, where employees are well taken care of. Citrus Pack conducted it’s 4th annual sports event (2021) by encouraging it’s employees to participate and provides rewards to the ones who have won. Sports such as carroms, shuttle, chess, cricket etc were organised thought a period of 15 days. The employees who win at the end of each game is rewarded on the Citrus Pack anniversary day celebration (Read more). This was found to be a booster to the morale of the staff.
